Beginner's Guidebook
This introductory guide will familiarize you with the Enchanted Hills at a brief
glance. If you have no idea where to begin, then this is your answer.
Donations Store
Like what you see? You can donate to support the game's continued growth.
As your character experiences the world of the Enchanted Hills, they will begin
to accrue various accomplishments. They may participate in very special parts of
the game story, or defeat extremely powerful enemies with the other players. You
can build your visible repertoire of accomplishments with achievements and accomplishments
that have both simple prestige, and sometimes other awards attached. Additionally,
you may have various accomplishments out of character; Such as recruiting.
Achievements
Set and designed by the Game Master, achievements allow you to visually represent
your character's progress throughout the game lore and their personal story. Achievements
are tracked and displayed on the public roster for everyone to see. Though mostly
aesthetic, there are some achievements that will carry with them specific rewards
and even titles.
You can discover achievements as you play the game, though new ones are added as
content is created and updated. Frequently, achievements will also bring with them
an experience or gold reward.
Medals
Medals differ from achievements in that they represent more numerical goal oriented
accomplishments. Medals are awarded to characters through things such as combat
victories, event participation, recruiting quantity, and the like. Most medals award
a statistical bonus of some sort.
The first medal that most characters encounter is the Arms Medal.
It is granted upon coming out victorious in 5 battles, and grants
+1 to their combat sides. This pattern continues all the way up to 100
where a player can be rewarded with the Blade of the Conqueror,
the choice weapon of the competitive spar enthusiast. It is not currently known
how many medals exist for combat victories.
Recruiting also grants both medals and gold in reward. Rewarding bonuses to
action dice and a gold stipend upon each new medal, recruiting is an
important - and appreciated part of being an active player.
Active participation in role play on the game message boards grants medals and experience.
These medals increase your action dice as well. Posting is also
a very good way to interact with players that you frequently do not see with your
schedule.
