Character Name Names must be between 3 and 48 letters, contain only standard unicode or alphanumeric symbols, and may not contain any punctuation other than the ['] and [-] symbols, and spaces.

America Online Email Address The Screen Name (with @aol.com) of your character. This may match your primary email.

Character Race You may select one of our template races. The Premium Races (Vampire and Lower) are free to play to Level 10, but require a $5 donation beyond that point.

Character History Please tell us a little bit about your character, appearance if possible, and some brief background. The Game Master enjoys introducing things into the game that are meaningful to the characters, and this information is never used out of context and is always kept private.

The Enchanted Hills is an online role playing game that currently takes place on the America Online software platform. Joining the Enchanted Hills assumes that you meet the minimum requirements for participation in the game, including a computer that can run the America Online software, a valid email address, and an HTML 5 compliant web browser.

The Enchanted Hills is a fantasy oriented gaming medium that is led in a story format where players are free to make their own choices in response to the events that unfold. As such, by accepting this agreement you acknowledge that whatever character you play may possibly be killed or changed by the gaming experience. The Enchanted Hills does not in any way promise the safety of any character in the game and character death is always a very real possibility.

Accepting this agreement acknowledges that you understand that out of character information is not to be taken out of context, and that meta-gaming is prohibited. Additionally, events that may transpire in the public game world become a part of the game world thereafter and are subject to both mention, reward, and consequence.

The Enchanted Hills is the intellectual property of John Korbey, hereafter referred to as the Game Master. and is patent pending, with all of the rights and respects thereof in the United States and acknowledging countries. The content of this game, its story, its images, and likenesses, may not be used without permission.

Items, priveledges, and virtual objects purchased through the game are non-refundable and purchased at the consent of the buyer, and are in no way a required facet in order to participate in the game or experience new content.

Players may be suspended or ejected from the game for overt misconduct including, but not limited to; harassment of other players, harassment of administration, privacy violation, copyright infringement, illegal use of the provided software platforms, theft of property, intellectual property, content, and production materials, and any form of non-virtual (virtual representing a limitation to the game and its characters as a fantasy element) threats towards players or administration, or any other reason that the administration feels warrants removal. Penalty and duration is at the discretion of the Game Master.

The Images, Software, and Source Code on the Enchanted Hills website are the owned and copyrighted property of the game and may not be taken for any reason without the explicit written consent of the owner.

"The Enchanted Hills : The Towers of Dusk and Dawn" and "The Enchanted Hills Aura" are the property of the Enchanted Hills game entity and may not be taken without consent.
